I booked a Mt Fuji tour with grape picking on the night of Sept 30. My booking was pending and I did not receive a confirmation email so on October 2 , I followed it up through support@viator.com and feedback@viator.com..

I was given a computer generated reply and enquiry number. Did several follow up with email (with time stamp) and answered with the same enquiry number and still nothing , no call.So imagine my shock when I was charged 396.20USD on my credit cars. I had to ask my aunt in the US to call for customer service since its long distance and expensive . Their reply?

No refund. I think this company does not consider that this is our hard earned money. This company does not care about their customers and is impossible to contact.

Think first before booking. I wrote them thru posted mail details about my complain.
