I booked a visit for 2 to the Academia and Uffizi in Florence for 27 January with lunch. This was not a cheap option but I figured that visiting these iconic spaces with a guide, without the necessity of standing in line for an hour and lunch being included I figured this was worth it.
The money has been allocated against my credit card and 5 days later I've had no confirmation from viator. Number on website not recognised, very frustrated.
I need to know that my tour will go ahead or not. If not, I can make alternative arrangements but I need to know sooner rather than later.
