Reservation 68253514 for Helmet Dive in Cairns with Big Cat on Green Island.
Request for refund. This matter was raised via Viator website Customer Care 24/7 Support on March 6 and again on March 17. Their policy states:
"Our Customer Care team provides fast, detailed responses to your questions 24 hours a day! Our goal is to respond to each query we receive within 12 to 24 hours. Occasionally it may take up to 36 hours to reply"
To date (29 March) I have received no response, not even an acknowledgement.
This company seems to hide behind their website and an answering machine. This is not good enough.
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. colsan stated that there is a room for improvement of unresponsive. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of viator customer care and associated monetary loss in the amount of $165. Viator needs to issue a full refund according to poster's claims.
