I booked a transfer from Hotel Caravelle to Paris Orly with PARISHUTTLE through VIATOR

The day before collection, I confirmed a pick up time with your office of 09.30 for 28th September.

Your driver did not arrive and I waited until 10.00 before trying to phone your office.

Despite the efforts of myself, the hotel receptionist and a fellow guest we were unable to contact you. This can all be verified by the hotel and 3 independent guest.

At 11.00 I was forced to book a taxi to take me to Orly.

My sons who stayed in the hotel lobby until 12.30 confirm that your driver never arrived.

My taxi cost Euro 45 which I look to you to reimburse.

I have now sent 3 messages via Viator website and not had any reply.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $50.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
