For a Christmas present, my girlfriend booked a hot air balloon ride over the red canyon while we were in Las Vegas last week. We got right up to the night before the flight, before we were told that it was cancelled due to weather.

We were told to go to Viator for the refund, and emailed them the same day. We received a generic email saying it would be several days.

That was now a week ago and we still have yet to hear anything from them, despite sending another email. Do not book through this company!

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss not as described of viator flight booking. Viator needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
