We paid Viator in November of 2017 for a six day tour of Spain, the itinerary of which was provided by Viator. Julia Travel, the tour company that conducted the tour, changed the starting city, reduced the tour from six days to five days and changed the itinerary, all with five days notice.

We contacted Viator over a month ago and nothing has been done to address this issue. We paid for a tour we did not receive and a reputable and honest company that values customer service would have addressed this issue. Viator has failed on all counts. What a disappointment.
