Viator - To ask regarding tour booking if they can manage that also .

They wasted my 25 mns by saying that we will update you all details on mail once we paln your trip , aftr 25 mns whn i asked them to mail thy told ypu need to pay first and thanoy we will send email. Worst ever experince , guy wasted 25 mins and couldnt gt even correct information also, wil never suggest any one to call this travel agent.

Viator - I am pleased

Our bus driver left without 10 of us for a small group tour from Akaroa to Christchurch New Zealand on Tuesday, March 6, 2018. Today I called customer service and was given a refund for our 2 tickets. This was confirmed in an email from Viator. So far we have had outstanding tours in Australia and New Zealand. No complaint here.

Viator - Follow up on refund.

Nothing. Was given the run around for a month, left on holdn hung up on. Was told that the issue was expedited on two occassions and to wait for an email. Never happened. Was told today. Oh we can't help you. WTF! Horrible customer service.
