I tried to call the help center of viator several times from Belgium. Only heard all the choices I had to make to get to the person.

Afterwards I couldn't get anyone picking up the phone after ringing for 5 minutes, don't they realize that people are calling from abroad? Ridiculous! And the website was also misleading with the price, first it seemed the price for Machu Picchu entrance was 41 usd, but when you go through then you end up with 81USD!

They gave you the impression that you could get the booking immediately, but then you have to wait for days to wait for information! If I had known that I had to wait for days for the confirmation, I wouldn't have booked via Viator!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I liked: Ease of booking.

I didn't like: Customer service, Misleading description, Unresponsive, Lack of service, Cancellation policy, Slow customer service.
