I am writing this review on behalf of a products supplier.
Very poor service, we are always experiencing some errors and mistakes from Viator.
- We submitted for review our products more than three months ago, and many of them are still waiting for review. The products meet all Viator requirements. We several times contacted with support team and our product manager, who every time told us to wait other 2-3 weeks, but the products are still not submitted for review.
- Client's contact form doesn't work. We contacted a client several times via Viator contact form, but the client didn't receive our messages.
- We have stated in every our product's description that we require minimum 2 travellers for a tour, but still we receive requests from only one person.
- We rejected one of such tours with only one person, but Viator didn't automatically notified the traveller about this cancellation.
This person wrote the review because of bad quality of a product or service from Viator. Reviewer claimed that he or she wants Viator to "don't publish bad review of a client who was dissatisfied, but it was the mistake with a contant form of viator. review our products. improve the quality of all contact forms and service overall".
The most disappointing in user's experience was communication issues, customer service, customer care and customer service disaster area. The author asks this business to immediately contact him/ her to briefly discuss his/ her negative experience with the company.
