I booked a tour for hobbiton on July 2nd but the available dates on viator didn't tell us which ones are full. And the payment was instant.
The next day, the official hobbiton email me saying it's full and no one from viator trying to help and they even ask me to call the hobbiton myself to ask for a refund.
I have tried to email both hobbiton and the viator but no one was replying so I called for the help center, but the man from call center was no help at all and keep on blaming on the bad connection of the phone and only ask me to re call and yet he didn't know I was calling from a long distance. Not going to book with viator anymore.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $170.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
I liked: Easy to book.
I didn't like: Cancellation policy, Slow customer service, Lack of care for my problem that viator created.
