I booked a 3.5 hr kayak tour through the Everglades through Viator; I drove 2 hours to destination, and the tour operator MANGROVE TUNNEL KAYAK ECO TOUR never showed up at the appointed destination (1:00 departure, I arrived at 12:45). No phone number available for Viator, so I called the tour company, and they, too, were baffled as to why their guide left without me - 15 minutes before scheduled departure - since they clearly showed my reservation.

They tried calling the tour guide, but were unable to reach him. After 3 hours of driving, and my single free day in South Florida wasted, I called Viator upon my return. I was on the phone with themfor an hour today, placed on hold and eventually disconnected. Never again.

Not a single apology from tour operator. Had to call Visa to dispute the $112 charge to my card.
