I misunderstood the pickup time of the bus. I called the customer service number and the picked me up about 5-10 minutes later.
One of the best customer service experiences I have had. I can only suggest that it might be made easier to find the correct phone number to call if there is a problem, on the front of the voucher might be a good place. Anyway, they fixed the problem right away and I was able to go to the main reason I visited this city.
I was expecting to hear that I missed the bus and that was nothing they could do. They did a wonderful job of taking care of the problem.
