No service, no excellence, no professional attitude. You are talking with a colorful software on a big *** computer that sell you all friendly and easy tours and activities. Easy and Nice and Inviting... but If things go wrong, or simply different, (as so many times it goes when it comes to travel), you find yourself neglected by VIATOR, talking against a dead giant wall more focused in deceiving new clients than in assuring a quality service. NOT RELIABLE.
There is no phone number you can call and the emails are not replied, at least in a timely and efficient manner. Its as wild as just booking it from a stranger locally, but at least then, you can hold your local agent responsible.
Ps: the theoretical cheaper prices are an ilusion, if something goes wrong and they don´t reply on time... and you screw your well-deserved holidays…, how much did you actually “save”?
