I booked a day tour from New York to Boston for 16th may for myself. My card was charged and ivgit an email confirming the tour with a booking reference number.
I am not able to get my tour voucher which is essential to attend the trip. The message shows error or that there is no voucher. The call centre lady also tried but could not generate the voucher. Please help.
I am a foreigner travelling here and do not know how to solve this issue. Thanks.
