On September 12, Silver Falls State Park with viewing of three waterfalls was substituted for the Multnomah Falls/Columbia River Gorge tour and we were not made known of this until after loading the van at pickup location. VERY disappointed in this tour.
The tour guide John did his best but I feel as if the company just subbed something for the money!! I realize now that the Gorge area was inaccessible due to wildfires but we should have been given advance notice that the subbed change was being made so that we could have been given a choice as to whether this was something we wanted to do.
I am disappointed that Hub World did not give prior notification of this change. If I could, I would request that we not be charged for this tour!
