Credit Card Company successfully disputed the charge and credited my funds back.

Booked a Helicopter Tour for when we were in Hilo, HI. Due to weather, the flight was cancelled.

The Helicopter company (Paradise) were great! No issues there. The problem was that this flight was booked through Viator, so the refund was to come back from them as a 3rd party booking agent. Paradise Tours did exactly what they said they would do, and inform Viator of the cancellation so that a refund could be issued.

The same day, an email from Viator was received stating that a refund would be processed and would be credited back to my card within 3-7 business days. We are now 12 Business Days further down that road, and nothing has been received. The only emailed replies ever received by Viator are "stock answers". It's all automated.

Nobody cares. STAY AWAY FROM VIATOR.com!

I didn't like: Customer service and thier response, Fact you are impossible to contact.

Only reason this was resolved is because my Credit Card company did the work and successfully disputed the charge.
