A helicopter ride over a glacier didn't take place due to bad weather, which is fine, these things happen. However Viator have taken 14 days and are still unable to confirm that the helicopter ride didn't take place.

7-10 days to confirm a refund blown! Their overall care levels are appalling and due to the location of their customer care site means they can't communicate in any meaningful way to be useful. Best booking these things direct and leaving these third party fraudsters alone!

Repeated phone calls have simply resulted in them telling me they'll make contact but they still haven't responded within their own timeframe to arrange a refund. Dodgy!
