VIATOR- No refund given,no resolution. They take your money but won’t refund if theirs a problem.
The island our tour was on was hit by two hurricanes and they refused to refund for our tour. There was no onaces to lodge,no electric but we were going on a night kayaking tour to mosquito bay. We paid 100 bucks plus 40 for ferry ride but were refused a refund. they also told us to contact tour place directly even though we paid through viator but the company never answered the phone.(probably due to no phone service as a hurricane wrecked everything) I then received a email from VIATOR that our request was denied but we could send a written letter to ?
Address and file dispute. Rediculous.
No phone number to call either,just emails. RIP OFF
