Questions regarding early payment and rewards
The response that I received after you intervened was very good. However, I do not know if I would use the company again for the following reasons:I can not reach them by email unless you get involved.I can only speak to someone on the phone who is located in the Phillipines. Although they are very polite, I just can not understand them.
Re: BR-130275****, 130674****, 130364****. If I prepay these early, are the tours still cancellable up to 24 hours prior to the tour?
How is the refund handled, if a tour is cancelled?
After payment is made, will tickets be emailed to me?
Finally, If I pay for the first two, Barcelona and Marseilles, can I apply the $19.00 in rewards to my payment for Naples.

The tour d'Eiffel booking was a scam. They charged us for three tickets for the second-floor access and summit.
We paid 199.56 CHF for the three tickets. When we arrived at the tour, it had been handed over to another tour company. They exchanged our voucher for three tickets, each worth 23.10 euros, for the second floor only. We were denied access to the summit.
When we asked the tour guide, we were informed that this often happens and that if we contact Viator, we can receive a refund for the overcharge. However, there is no direct contact information for Viator's customer service.

User's recommendation: Avoid this company, they provide not customer service and falsely advertise products purchased.

Transcript is not accurate. Agent was excellent in managing my requests to cancel booking and create a new booking.
Viator always comes thru
It all was resolved. Two different concerns and both were addressed. It will take a fee days for refund to come through but all good.

I had no issue with arrival. I bought a two ways ticket for arrival and departure. My departure was canceled without any explanation

I wrote an honest review about a tour I booked with Viator. Now Gavino Strebel with Suisse Plus is harassing and threatening me over the review.

Jeudi dernier, j'ai réservé un taxi pour 5 personnes à l'aéroport JFK de New York. Le chauffeur était censé venir nous chercher à notre hôtel Hampton Inn à Chelsea Manhattan le dimanche 27.
J'ai reçu un bon pour votre plateforme, voir ci-joint les documents.
J'ai téléphoné samedi à Carmel Cars and Limousine Service car je n'ai pas pu remplir le formulaire : numéro de réservation inconnu. Ils m'ont dit qu'il était trop tôt et que je devais attendre dimanche pour compléter l'information.
J'ai téléphoné dimanche et ils n'ont pas trouvé ma réservation. Ils m'ont dit qu'ils n'avaient reçu aucune information de votre part.
Ensuite, j'ai dû trouver une nouvelle solution et j'ai réservé un taxi. J'ai payé 175 $.
Je vous demande un remboursement de 89,90 $. Vous pouvez contacter Carmel Cars et je suis sûr qu'ils pourraient vous raconter l'histoire. J'ai les enregistrements des appels.

Hopeless & useless time-consuming communication.Never use them again
Hello,
We missed the start of our tour of Mont St Michel, booking ref 129107****. I tried to make contact through viator help centre and briefly made contact with ai chat, but I lost the chat page and now can't get back in.
When I log in to viator now it shows 0 under my 'past/cancelled trips'. We would like to use our ticket to join the next tour - can you help me with this please?
User's recommendation: I would not recommend. I rang helpline, voice said press 1 for conversing in English, and all I got in response was fast French message followed by the contact hanging up on me
