As a follow up to previous review, my Travel agent received a refusal for a refund from Viator, saying they did offer me a resolution and I refused. Thatโ€™s a joke.

They wanted me to send another paying customer to the inadequate back bench seat in my place. How ethical would that be? To spend 9 hours on a bus with someone who was forced to switch seats. Kind of defeats the purpose of a vacation for everyone.

Solution: give me the refund and take out those inadequate bench seats on long-term tour buses. Then no more complaints and company gets a good rating. For now, everyone, give your touring business to another company in Scotland.

There are other good ones. Avoid Viator/Highland Expedition!
