Not resolved

Booked and paid for Ultimate Vacation Tour of Rome on 6 June 2018.

Cancelled same after 5 minutes (mistake with date). Received

official cancellation confirmation stating $109 would be refunded

within 5 days. 13 days later I'm still waiting for my refund.

Why is it taking Viator so long to refund me ?

Why is Viator able to withdraw from my account immediately

yet not refund within their stated 3-5 day policy ?

Extremely annoyed with this incompetent company. More so

after reading all the negative comments and problems people

have experienced, much worse than me.

I will NEVER book ant trips/accommodation with VIATOR.
