I have made a payment for a half day Beijing tour and received the receipt.
But no one contacted me neither they reached the hotel. I waited for over 2 hours in the morning and when I call the number provided in the receipt it says switched off Could you please help to get the refund processed for the money I paid against the tour

When I call this number it says switched off or not reachable. Please help to get the refund processed at the earliest.
