Hi, I am not able to receive vouchers for my booking via email. My booking ref is BR-643379238.
I am not able to see the booking under my account nor am I receiving a copy on my gmail. I've asked your rep to send it over twice but still not luck. I have attached a copy of my booking screenshot for your reference. The phone support confirmed me that they send the voucher email twice but neither have i got the voucher via email nor do i see it on your website under my booking which is really strange.
Can you please send over the vouchers to firstname.lastname@example.org. Thanks, Vijay
