Tried to book night cruise with Auqa Luna in Hong Kong. Despite their site advising payment failed and asking us for further action to complete the order, they took the money later anyway.

When asking for a refund for a cruise we never took because they told us our order had failed, Viator refused.

We now have to go thru the dispute process with our bank credit card, show them the screen shot which states out order was not processed and wait a month or two to get our money back. Don't use Viator as you can't trust what they say and more Importantly they refused to correct their mistakes.
