It was the first time I tried to use Viator. I was shopping in several excursion and the one I wanted wasn't available on my date.
It was still in my cart, as well as another excursion. I found the one I wanted, went to purchase just that one and it purchased the whole cart! The original excursion not available on my date had auto-populated to two days later from when I shopped. I immediately cancelled it and since it was "two days from the booking" they wouldn't issue me a refund.
Clearly I never went on the excursion and never intended to since I cancelled it immediately.
I'm out $250!! I'm furious!!!
