After being caught up in the Southwest Airlines computer crash in Jul 2016 our original connecting flight was cancelled. Then the next 3 Flights were cancelled and couldn't get a flight to our destination until 2 days after our original scheduled arrival date, we took a flight home.

We called Viator upon arriving home they denied our request for a refund passing the buck to the company who did the actual tour. The guy from the activity company said he would give us a discount on our next trip to San Fran. Paid $568, hopefully Southwest Airlines will cover this. This countrywide computer glitch was reported on the news for 3 days, so most travel companies would have been very aware that we were NOT trying to get out of our commitment of an excursion w Aviator.

This cancellation of our family trip was out of our control. This was our first time using Viator and it will be OUR LAST TIME.
