We booked a tour with pick up for the Loire Valley from Viator. We received a written confirmation of pick up.

The evening before the tour the hotel phoned to confirm pick up and was given a time for pick up. The morning of the tour the pick up did not arrive. The hotel called again and was told that no pick up had been booked and that we would miss the tour.

Since we have another two tours booked with Viator and this is the second issue with a pick up on this trip we are quite concerned.

The first issue was a shuttle pick up from the airport and the directions were to go to information and have them call the shuttle.

Information was closed. Luckily a nice man called for us and for another couple that also had booked the shuttle with Vaitor.
