We had an issue with a refund and
Viator told us to tell the credit card company and the company but a back charge as per instructed.
Well now Viator will not accept my cards, any card and their is no one to talk to.
I travel the world and have always booked with them and spent thousands of dollars.
There is a way , but most of reservationists won't let me talk to a manager to do it. I do wish we could get this resolved. I miss using them ,
If the company would just give a number in which to resolve this issue it would be simple.
We have fabulous credit and Viator is missing out on thousands of dollars from us.
