I booked an excursion which was not available and instead of the dates being blacked out it allowed my payment to be processed. The other company emailed me to notify within 24 hours the tour day and time I wanted was not available.

I told them I couldn't switch and wanted a refund. They never emailed me back so I emailed viator.

No one responded or answered when I called. This is bad business and I will report this to the better business bureau.
