Called customer services and spoke to Erica who was very helpful. I what's been Unable to contact Viator from their web site as no number is given.

That number I finally found there was not available so I called Trip Adviser , who own them , for the telephone number Advised that the refund team will contact me in 48 hours to sort out my refund. Background to my complaint was that I Turned up with voucher tickets for the London Eye river cruise Feb 17th with my family but was advised that it was fully booked and not allowed on the boat. Very upset as children so excited .

Hopefully we will get our money back. Have emailed and phoned Karen
