We originally booked to do the trip in the 19 September 2017 paperwork was revieved showing hotel pickup to be at 09:00 by 09:30 no pickup bus had arrived I phoned Tour Advisor - Viators local agent -who advised the pickup was at 08:00 !!! We agreed to change the booking to the 21/09/17.

The bus arrived at 08:15 BUT to take us on a tour of the South of the island of Lanzarote!!!! This was on their tour itinerary they then advised they don't do the day trip to fuerteventura on a Thursday !!! Again we contacted the local agent who at first confirmed we had booked a south of the island tour and then after some time confirmed we should have been on the day trip to fuerteventura!!! Could they phone us back After 20 minutes they phoned back and blamed the bus company and could not understand that the bus company would only have provided buses to take clients that they had advised them of.

So we were left with no tour of fuerteventura due to other plans made and time remaining left to do activities on.

So no we will not be using Viator again. I have tweeted-facebooked- and messaged Viator but have not had any response other than a automated reply saying that their customer service will be in touch that was 2 days ago Totally ruined what should have been a wonderful experience.
