Booking airport to hotel transfers and return to the airport is easy to do online and the vouchers are emailed very quickly. However, the vouchers only show your name and the date of the transfer; missing is the arriving flight number and arrival time, the hotel to be driven to and on the return to the airport the time you requested to be picked up does not show.

There is no way to confirm that Viator accurately recorded this information as a the customer, you have no documentation showing the information that you input. It is also extremely difficult (next to impossible) to find a way to contact Viator about this missing information. The only way I found is to make an international call to the local company that will provide the transfers.

As a customer, I should not have to work this hard to get confirmation of this type of very simple information. If Viator expects repeat customers, they need to fix this problem ASAP.
