We want a full credit back to my charge card for 402.01

For services not accurate and not render.

Extremely not professional

Tour guild Showed up over an hour late!

she didn't know the museum layout at all - and walked us in circles and got lost and she spoke about three pieces of art which we where not even interested in and that were not important for over an hour and dragged her feet about giving the tour and asked us more than four times to even request our money back from the company.

Our tour was also cut short and she left us in the museum without a map.

The companies contact info was not accurate to contact them while waiting in the rain for the tour guild that we had to call the USA to give our contact info to have the tour guild to state she was on her way and that it wasn't her fault but her bosses fault.

Plus she saw our documents stating a 9 am start time and she arrived at 10!

She also saw documents from viator that entrance fees where included and I also called viator from the states days before and confirmed everything with two agents from viator and yet we had to additional buy tickets and wait in lines for the museum.

Awful tour all around and I paid for Nine tours from viator without any discounts!

Please inform me when a full credit will be issued in full for the muse d orsay charge of 401.01

*** When calling Viator during our time and emailing the company multiple time the Viator company could not seem to get the problems, account or actions even straight.

Plus I called when we reached the states and was informed that the tour guild cut our tour short more than half the time paid for because we requested that- which is an out and about lie!

Horrible tour guild- and the viator company doesn't seem bothered their feed back or reputation will be marked by this and we paid and booked over 3800 in tours without any discounts with Viator! Buyers beware!

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss "poor customer service/bad service and not as described" of viator tour booking and associated monetary loss in the amount of $426. Viator needs to issue a full refund according to poster's claims.
