This is a long story. From Australia on holiday in USA.

Booked various Viator tours some months before our trip. Had issues with a number of their products. Biggest issue was with a lake dinner cruise that when I phoned the tour company to confirm the day before only to be told the boat had crashed and tour was cancelled. I was told this had happened the week before and they had told Viator.

I revived no contact from Viator at all. I sent an email detailing my issues and 10 days later no response. I just got off the phone to Viator today about another issue as the tour voucher disappeared from their app.

The call centre is in the Phillipines, I asked about my email complaint and they could not assist in any way, were unable to provide a phone number for the customer service Dept if it exists. This company is part of trip advisor and was previously a business I held in high regard and have contributed reviews to for years
