I was calling Viator to register a complaint on our 3-day South Italy tour to Pompeii, Sorrento and Capri. The trip was not at all well organized and we were left on our own after the first day.

We felt we were treated very poorly and were charged way too much for the entire trip. When we arrived at the hotel in Sorrento we were given and received no help until we departed on day three.

Our return trip to Rome was very uncomfortable and we were added to a day trip return bus in Pompeii. Seating on the bus was a nightmare with no double seats available.
