I have tried to contact Viator about a pending authorisation. They did a POS Authorisation of $385.52. The tour was cancelled and a full refund was issued. It has now been over 2 weeks and the transaction is still pending.

I phoned Viatour and explained my situation. After being put on hold the call was terminated. First 15mins wasted. This then happened another 4 times!! Everytime I called I finally gave up and logged a dispute with my bank. Not good service at all.
