I booked a tour through Viator for a guided tour in Shanghai. My MasterCard was charged for the 20% of the tour amount but I never received a follow up confirmation email nor any additional information on the tour.

I tried calling and got absolutely nowhere with them on the phone. They couldn’t find the tour confirmation although they seemed to be able to take my money! The guy on the phone couldn’t understand me and when I asked to speak to a supervisor after being on the phone and getting nowhere with the first person, I was put on hold to be transferred, then disconnected! A complete waste of my time.

Won’t be in a hurry to use them again. And I am a top contributor on tripadvisor.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

I didn't like: No phone contact number and inabiity to contact viator directly.
