They disconnected me after I held on for half an hour. I booked a tour two months ago and called local tour guide 3 days and two days in advance to confirm.

Both time s they told me they would let me know pick up time. Late last night they sent me an email staying they wouldn't pick us up because there weren't enough people going from our area. They've had my money for two months and this was an important tour. Viator should have booked me on another carrier's tour to make up for this!

They have not been helpful at all. Now I'm on hold trying to reach them again.

A terrible way to spend my vacation. They don't stand behind the tours they represent!!
