I was very excited to purchase your product, but my experience has turned out very poorly. I'm writing to express my dissatisfaction with your system in hopes you can help remedy the situation.
Book this tour at hoover Dam with Mead Lake, and realised that people with pacemaker are not advise to join.
Therefore, "Manage my booking" and canceled it. Immediately I read up on TripAdvisor that people with pacemaker are still able to join tour just to avoid the inside dam tour. So within 15mins of my cancellation, i called to reinstate back my booking. To my disappointment you guys have a LOUSY and RIGID system that is unable to reinstate back my booking and told me that 50% of my payment is forfeited and I can make another new booking and pay again.
I m TOTALLY UTTERLY DISAPPOINTED WITH VIATOR ON MY FIRST USE. It will be first and last use!
