We had a terrible experience on a cruise excursion on Spring Break. We booked and double checked this tour and our times over and over and were left at port and then when they finally came back two hours later, the rest of the day was horrible as well.

I have submitted over and over to Viator asking why they have not published a very negative tour review that we had in Grand Cayman with their snorkeling, stingray, and starfish tour. It was a horrible experience from the first second and they will do nothing to make up for it and they will not publish the negative review. People were not happy on our tour, so I'm assuming that they always nix the negative reviews and it is EXTREME FALSE ADVERTISING! DO NOT USE VIATOR or trust their reviews, it's a SCAM!

They simply do not post negative experiences that people have so they look good. I will never use Viator again and encourage you not to as well.
