I booked a day trip to do when we were in las vegas. Booked an atv experience on the mint 400 course.

I paid just over 100 each. Bargain as all other tours of thia kind were over double that price. Paid for it... got tge invoice then viator emailed me saying that the tour operator had cancelled so we could not do this trip.

I contacted the tour operator and they said this was not true and the tour operator offered to contact VIATOR and find out what they were doing. The tour operator contacted me and confirmed that it was VIATOR that cancelled as they had advertised it at a low proce and was re structuring the price to be higher so they cancelled it. So basically it was a new trip on viator and they advertised it at a low price but they obviously had a lot of interest so they cancelled it.. .

Blamed itbin the tour operator and re advertised it at a higher price.
