I've called you help desk center concerning a duplicate reservation: ID BR-603426462 ID BR-603426567 The reservation was done at the same time:For the same same day, same persons, same email reservation. I need you to remove the last reservation because its obvious error.
The help desk that has inform the supplier and witch understood the issue and the information was sent to the refund department. I will wait for the next 48 hours to receive the confirmation from the refund department. I hope this issue is solved and I can be refund for this situation.
