I am disgusted with this company. We book months in advance for the Colosseum in Rome, only to be told 2 DAYS before the booking that we have been thrown off for someone else. We have hotels, flights, just now, nothing booked to see and NO EXPLANATION WHY THE OTHER PEOPLE ARE MORE IMPORTANT THAT US !!!!!! ( of course, this is 'nothing' to do with the Italian national holiday at the same time that we are there )
the 'supervisor' on the phone had NO intentions of being helpful, no interest in our situation, no care what we had lost,
WE WONT BE USING THEM AGAIN AND IVE SPENT 30 MINUTES SO FAR GIVING THEM A BAD WRITEUP ON EVERY WEBSITE I CAN FIND
My advice, AVOID at ALL COSTS
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $4000.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
I liked: Viator is totally unreliable.
I didn't like: Cancellation policy.
