Refunded after 90 days and a lot of headache

Went last month to Croatia, booked day trip for visiting blue cave for 2 persons (total of 180GBP). Turns out Viator printed the wrong departure time on its voucher, by the time we arrived at the meeting point boat had already departed.
I have a document from the Tourism Company Office signed confirming this fact. Tried to contact viator through email and phone, more than 5 times already, they said they were contacting Tourism Company to confirm the fact. It`s been 20 days already and no answer. Now they do not answer emails anymore, if call them they say they let you waiting on the line.
Terrible company do not book anything through them.
