I canceled my 2 trips for Amsterdam and Luxembourg two weeks ago on 06/06/2018 and up till to this date I haven't received my refund.

BOOKING REFERENCE ARE BR655847287 - Day tour for Amsterdam and BR655847441 - Day Tour for Luxembourg.

I need an update on how do i get my refund.

i have been trying to call the customer service however, it is so difficult to reach and be answered with my phone call. Call centre has not been helpful that much.

Why does the refund take so much more than two weeks? it says in the website that it can only take 3 to 7 days for a refund.

Please assist on this issue the soonest.
