Not resolved

I booked a private car in Jan,2017 from Cancun to Playa Del Carmen on Viator website and pre-paid for June, 2017 trip. Eighteen hours before my flight, while at work, I received a e-mail to contract Viator immediately.

I called customer Service and they informed my that the web amount was incorrect and I needed to make a bigger payment for the service. Busy at work and 18 hours before flight, I had NO other choice. I express my discuss and wanted the Company to contact me. On top of that, our private care showed up 30 late to pick us up!

When returning a week later, I called customer service again for Viator to contact me regarding these 2 matters and I was told they would contact me within 48 hours! STILL NO WORD!!!! I have used this company in the past with no problems and the sad part is I has already booked with them in December 2017 upcoming trip and I am a little worried.

If you are reading this Viator, please contact me to resolve these issues. Thanks
