we ordered football tickets for 400 Eur and they couldnt send us voucher for 14 days, but money were taken on first day. after spending 25 minutes waiting on line I got in touch with girl who send us vouchers. I asked here what we should do with them, she said go to the match. on a day of match it appeared that we had to come and pick up the tickets at the office. when we called to the office they said that were waiting for us all day and do not understand why we didnt came. like they couldnt call us or send email? notify in advance?

in the end we bought tickets at the stadium twice cheaper.

when I ordered a excursion from tripster.ru for 50 Eur I got two notification in advance.

so I really wouldnt ever use viator.com

In cases where Vouchers are delayed in being sent to you, we are generally awaiting confirmation from the Tour Operator for your tour. Most of our Tour Operators are able to get us confirmation within 48 hours, however some do have a delay.

While we do put an immediate hold on your account for the funds needed for our reservations, your card will not be charged until we receive confirmation. Some banks list Holds and Charges separately, but some do not - meaning that your Hold may appear as a Charge.

On your Voucher, under the Important Info section, details are listed for where and how to reconfirm your tour (if needed) and how to meet the tour to ensure the smoothest possible tour experience.
