booked quite a few tours for our upcoming visit to germany however need to change dates for one or cancel it and rebook and although we have email confirming it all, when we try to edit it is saying itinery and email not recognised! Have tried calling helpline numbers but none work!

ever since the website has changed viator has definately gone downhill.

If this issue is not resolved we are going to get in touch with bank and block payment, which by the way is still saying pending I use viator all the time and have never had these issues before and it is almost impossible now to get in touch with viator! I would like someone to do something about this and get in touch asap
