I planned a trip with my daughter to Legoland for Labor Day, and opted for the Legoland transportation package from Viator's partner Five Star Tours. I called two days prior as recommended to confirm the trip was a go, and it was.
We woke early and were in an Uber to the train station to catch the tour bus when I received a call from Five Star tours telling me "Bad news, our driver is sick. We will refund you." Thanks for the refund, but what about the fact that i was almost already at the train station? Or that i have to scramble for other, more expensive transportation? And you learned your driver was sick 10 minutes before the bus left?
More likely you didnt have enough passengers and scrapped the ride. All in all, there are millions of other bigger problems in this world.
However, i booked this trip through Viator despite their lousy reviews. Now I'll add to the lousy reviews in hopes of sparing someone else a headache.
