I brought up the town I was in and a boat tour came up so we booked it for that day. No less than a few minutes after I booked I saw that the tour was in another area and we could not get there.
I immediately emailed Viator to please cancel because I could not get there. It was very misleading. We received a email back that said they would credit us but instead it was charged. We disputed the charge with our credit card company but have not heard anything further.
We like Viator and usually book with them but I will learn you need to check where the tour actually leaves from, it may not be in the town your in. If you could help me I would be very thankful.
